CONTEXT

Allurion is a Medtech company that has developed a revolutionary non-surgical weight loss solution — a multidisciplinary program that includes the placement of a swallowable gastric balloon that naturally dissolves and passes on its own, a virtual suite that tracks and shares real-time progress analytics, and ongoing support from nutritionists and healthcare professionals. It is the fastest-growing non-surgical weight loss program worldwide.

THE CHALLENGE

To develop a model that would “digitize” the purchasing process and experience for patients of these doctors or clinics, based on various implementations designed to streamline and scale the sales of the program. The objective was to build a strong presence across multiple channels and connect with potential clients beyond the direct sphere of influence of the professionals or clinics, while also ensuring effective lead management through the use of advanced-feature CRMs — all executed simultaneously for 30 accounts over a period of 5 months.

THE SOLUTION

1. Coordinated work with 30 clinics and their agencies to successfully replicate the model.
Macarena Hub led and coordinated the strategy and implementation of digital channels for the 30 clinics selected under Allurion’s Elite Support Program. We worked closely with Allurion’s marketing team, as well as the marketing teams of each clinic and their agencies, ensuring consistent results through the successful deployment of the model previously designed and validated by Macarena Hub.
2. Tailored multi-format tactical executions adapted to the digital channels of each individual clinic.
For each clinic, the following was implemented:Content strategy and management for organic digital channels.Production and editing of content for both organic platforms and paid advertising on META.Management of Google Ads campaigns focused on keyword-based searches.Creation and implementation of a dedicated lead registration landing page for the Allurion Program, customized for each clinic.
3. CRM implementations with multi-role configurations.
This process involved implementing strategies to convert and filter highly qualified leads — both in terms of intent and medical eligibility — and managing them through a CRM system with multi-level access and role assignments. These roles included: distributors, front desk sales teams at each clinic, medical support specialists, and the Allurion program supervisor.
