BASIC PLAN

The entire site is backed up every 29 days (for 1 Website and 1 WordPress database). Level of support – Standard.

Additionally, we include a webmaster service that covers:

WordPress core and PHP version updates:: When WordPress changes versions due to performance improvements or security problems. Frequency – every 29 days

Theme Updates: Theme must be updated to optimize performance and security problems. Frequency – every 29 days

Plugin Updates and Extensions: These give functionality to the website, such as making it possible to have an online store, allowing payments, among others. Update frequency – every 29 days

Database cleaning and optimization: With this activity we purge temporary the data that is not necessary on the site (Data Bases: MySQL o MariaDB). Frequency – every 29 days

Website backups: This is the most important activity, as we will make a copy of the website (within your server) to recover the entire site in case of any mishap. Frequency – every 10 days

Monitoring of the Uptime time: This can be 1 single one-hour meeting or two 30-minute meetings. Frequency – every 10 days

This plan is ideally designed for a monthly periodicity; However, the client can define the frequency in which this should be implemented, being aware that the longer this periodicity is, the more exposed to any security failure or vulnerability the site will be.
ESSENTIAL PLAN ( modifications to the site are included)

Entire site backups are made every 10 days (for 1 single Website and 1 WordPress database) retaining the entire backup history for one month. Level of support – Standard.

Additionally, it includes requested modifications to the website (See scope in the description below) and a webmaster of:

Provides daily backups for up to 3 domains or subdomains and up to 3 databases, with a 3-month backup history, plus free web migrations and free restores.

Geographic Replication of emergency backups and migrations:
Our backups are replicated in deployment areas in different countries. This means that, in the event that your hosting provider experiences an outage, we will have a backup of your website ready to be migrated to another emergency hosting provider that you define.

(With the Plus and Premium plan, migrations of the entire site from one hosting to another are included)

REAL CASE

Our client ALIMENTOSYEN.COM suffered failures with its hosting provider and this is how it was able to minimize the impact on its commercial operation and sales results thanks to our PREMIUM PLAN:

Due to original problems with their HOSTING provider, the client was momentarily left without a functional website, (The failure was resolved by the hosting provider’s support team 6 days later). However, the client did not have to be out of operations for 6 days. He was only offline for 3 hours thanks to our solutions.

How did we solve this? We managed to bring online a functional copy of their website stored in our external cloud while managing to get an optimal solution with their hosting provider (Which took 6 days)

Migration After this experience, the client decided to change the hosting provider, which required a complete migration process of the entire site and its databases, from the initial hosting to a new hosting account with a new provider. We did all this work in 24 hours and without the client incurring in any extra costs for this migration service (it has an approximate cost of $250 USD – $400 USD), thanks to the fact that they had contracted with us the PREMIUM PLAN, which includes site migrations when necessary.
